As the Battery making unit require various steps like, Lead Refining, Oxide making, Battery plate making, Charging, Battery Assembling. Can anyone guide on the government regulations on these steps?

Sir, is the Environment Impact Assessment is required for Battery Plate making Unit?
You need air, water and hazardous waste pollution approvals to start a plant. Within manufacturing location required suitable equipment needs to be commissioned to achieve required levels as per pollution control board.
