Is green plate better option for inverter batteries or form plate?

Thanks Dear Nagraj for a proper explained reply. I think it will clear the vision of many batterymen to how and why to choose a particular process..This is very difficult to answer in one sentence.
Both Plate Formation and Green Plate has its own merits and de-merits.
Plate Formation:
This is one of the oldest and proven process and many are well versed with this. The plates are formed in a large jar of low Sp. Gr. Acid at constant current. The plates get completely formed. We can visually see the completion of plate formation process due to change in plate color and also by cadmium readings.
Combining Dry – Charging process with Plate formation will make the batteries ready for working almost instantaneously. This is also more suitable for export requirements.
As the plate formation happens under low Sp.Gr and Battery Charging happens under higher Sp.Gr. the quality of plates are also good.
On the other hand, the plate formation is quite lengthy process as it involves too much of work like plate insertion, formation, take out, washing, drying, buffing, assembly, acid filling & changing. The process time is also high.
This also involves lot of pollution control requirement like treating fumes from formation process, water from washing etc.
Green Plate:
Green Plate has been recently adopted by many due to less number of processes involved, less turnaround time from Picking to final battery and less amount of pollution control requirement.
On the other hand, Green Plate is not a simple or easy process as many think. The charging algorithm and the initial Sp. Gr. Of acid & charging conditions are very critical. The process should be done under very strict controlled condition. Any amount of higher current will increase the temperature inside the batteries and damage the plates and separators. The charging algorithm should have proper discharge cycle to get better plate conversion. As we will be using one sp. gr. Of acid right from start to finish, the selection of initial Sp.Gr. also to be properly done.
Conclusion:
If required facilities, process control, proper charging algorithm and knowledge are available then Green Plate is Better or else Plate formation is always safer, easier and has been in practice for a long time.
